Weird Asus P5QD Turbo Problem [Solved]

My PC was going nuts so i bought a new motherboard (Asus P5QD Turbo) and two 1 TB Hard Disks.
But when I set it to Raid0, the windows setup freezes every time on the same spot.
And if i set the Sata Controller to IDE I can get to the setup but i'm only gonna install windows 7 if everything works fine.
The Memory units aren't the problem and I've also tried 2 CD-Rom Drives.
Please help me........

Update: I solved this by turning FireWire off
