We were exhausted when we got to our hotel after flying all night and the transit strike in the morning meant it took 3 hours to get to our hotel. The room we booked - top floor corner room - was occupied by people who refused to leave. Seriously. So we gave up a took another room without a view.

This hotel is beautiful and it's located within walking distance of the Opera, lots of shopping, the train station (which has grocery, shops, restaurants) and only like 30 min walk to the tourist sites. Also, the breakfast is fantastic.

This video is our room tour, and also the lobby bar and the exec breakfast/dinner suite. Bonus -- the bathroom floors are heated!
