Today we once again do things a little different. We start our adventure in Terlingua Texas and then we Overland to Big Bend National Park to experience the beauty of it in the late summer. Sure we endure 107 degree temperatures, hike into Bosequilles Canyon, stay up late loving the dark night skies filled with thousands of stars and we check out the dinosaurs and fossil exhibit. The backcountry roads of Big Bend were a ton of fun and worth taking on to see the untamed beauty this National Park has to offer. Big Bend off road is beyond expectations! Finally, Jim whips up another Instant Pot Inspiration!
