EP1 - Thunderbolts and Pine Trees
Описание
This week I'm joined by Evan Green (@thegreenevan on IG) as we set out to ride the Chama Charmer (link below), a 117 mile route that starts in Chama New Mexico and heads North to peek into Colorado before turning South to Ojo Caliente.
It's described as mellow and flowy, remote singletrack. Evan and I found a few (read, so damn many) other ways for the trail to pose challenges.
It wasn’t all bad through, we also got treated to some beautiful rewards for our efforts.
Route: The Chama Charmer that we attempted to ride was developed by Cass Gilbert and can be found here: https://bikepacking.com/routes/chama-ojo-caliente/
The Loam and Gravel Society is patroned by some awesome brands that made it possible to spend 3-months on the road riding. If you're in the market for anything they offer I suggest you take them up on it!
