MAKE SURE TO USE JAVA VERSION 1.12.2 SO THIS WORKS PROPERLY!
The Huntington City map should be called "Huntington.zip" when you download it, and the resource pack should be called "Esterlon v1.7.4 MC1.11.zip". This is the only Huntington City resource pack that works 100% correctly.
