AI VTuber/Assistant - Technical Demo

This is a proof of concept of my attempt at creating an AI Vtuber.
It currently makes use of NovelAI for the LLM, and Silero TTS for the speech.
Both are pretty sketchy when it comes to the quality of the output so I might eventually replace them.

And yes, this is totally an attempt at creating a Neuro-sama ((clone)), I might just create an AI VTuber agency at a later date depending on the final result, who knows.
