Easy and tasty Carrot Koshimbir - Red carrot Salad

Описание

Red carrots are available only for 2-3 winter months. They are my favourite vegetable. I have shared other recipes with you and sharing one more before they go out of season. In this salad you can enjoy the sweet taste of carrots with the crunch on peanuts and freshness of coriander and coconut.
Do let me know if you make any variations of this salad.
