This video shows you how to change the spark plug on a Simplicity two stage snow blower with a Briggs & Stratton engine.

Recommended Tools: Spark plug wrench or socket wrench.

Spark plugs are needed to ignite the air/fuel mixture in the combustion chamber of your engine. A bad spark plug can cause engine misfire. Other symptoms of a dirty or worn spark plug include poor engine idling, trouble starting, and extra fuel consumption.

Changing your spark plug will increase the efficiency and extend the life of your engine.

*Jack's Safety Tips: Before servicing your snow blower make sure the snow blower is turned off and remove the ignition key to reduce the risk of accidental start-up. Remember to wear appropriate safety gear to protect against harmful chemicals and debris.
