UNDERTALE playable in a Web Browser (PoC)

This is a PoC (Proof of Concept) that playing UNDERTALE in a Web Browser is a possible feat. A way of making this possible was by recompiling the UNDERTALE data back as a GM (GameMaker) Studio project and then re-exporting it back out as a HTML5/JS web application using GM HTML5 Export module.

There are some noticeable problems when just making small, individualized attempts of playing the game, but it is (mostly) in a playable form with the exception of random bugs that just happen from time to time.
