Some may feel they were just getting used to these changes, But actually, this has been done to help you if you found it confusing.

The video explains my 3 reasons it's a good thing. It also reveals the best signal given to Google today

1. RESET - There are too many double businesses. It's causing confusion, some were adding another because they couldn't find the initial! In the end, it wasn't working for anyone. This update helps filter out the deadwood

2. UPDATES - Getting rid of the GMB app is a great move. It was holding back pushing out updates, limited functions causing confusion

However, what is new are the following abilities:
- claim and verify the listing
- send and receive messages from customers
- manage reviews
- track the data on inbound calls

3. CONTROL
Google can now push for new info that they want in the database. They
tried it with the "view plan" but that failed as you had to log in to see it. Now it's just there to find by typing into the browser.
