Randy Steven Kraft, also known as the "Scorecard K*ller,” was an American serial k*ller who was active in the 1970s and 1980s. Kraft’s victims were predominantly young men who he would pick up at bars and restaurants, and then torture, mutilate, and k*ll. He would often dump their bodies along highways in California, Oregon, and Michigan. The k*llings were highly ritualized, and many of the victims had the letter "S" carved into their chest.
Kraft was arrested in 1983 after a California Highway Patrol officer found a dead Marine in the passenger seat of his car during a routine traffic stop. A search of his car revealed incriminating evidence, including a "scorecard" that listed the names of his victims.
