It is also called zig-zag bar or EZ bar or Box bar for build triceps and biceps hammer curls.
I have made thid by GI pipe with following dimensions-
2 piece - 3 feet length
2 piece - 12 inches length
4 piece - 8 inches length
4 piece - 10 inches length
