Starved is a creepy and hungry Version of Eggman who loves to cook Mobians and eat them, even modifying his Badniks to catch and cook them. He was an upcoming Opponent featured in the Songs Prey and its Good Future Mix, and Fight or Flight.
He is an Incarnation of Dr. Ivo Robotnik that has one Goal currently in Mind: To feed his insatiable Hunger he has worked up over Time.
He is the same Doctor to a marginal Degree despite the Difference in Looks, his Outlooks comparably before are much different than what he originally had planned in the Beginning.
