Fifine K669B with Linux? Yes. It works.

I couldn't find any information indicating for certain if the Fifine K669B works with Linux. I tried it on 2 distros. It worked on both. I did have to update Audacity on one of them to remedy some pops I was getting in recordings with it.
One thing I didn't mention in the video...
If using Audacity, make sure you select the mic as input upon first use. I'm used to it automatically switching, but this is my first USB mic. Apparently it doesn't with these.
Some other points...
Have since tried on Mint. Worked on that too. Had to update Audacity there as well. I'm guessing I might not have had to on Lubuntu because that is a 32-bit PC. Both the Mint and Feren PCs are 64-bit.
The recording quality is excellent. Without loud background noises, the resting waveform is perfectly flat. I did some recording with an open window next to me. It can pick up some loud cars and insect/wildlife noise (those can get loud where I'm at). But in my opinion, under normal circumstance, vocal recordings don't even require post processing. Other than removing a loud breath or cat jumping on your desk, etc. I did none on the audio of this video.
The mic holder has a standard 5/8 inch fine thread. This was handy for attaching to my boom stand so I don't have to be right up to my desk. The mic's 6 foot cord allows some leeway there. Even briefly tried it with 10 foot extension cord. I didn't notice any detrimental effects doing that.
Wasn't sure if this would require a dedicated USB port to power it. Tried it on an un-powered 4 port hub and it worked on that.
