The fight took place on April 29, 2005, at the Wolstein Center, in Cleveland, Ohio, with Vonda Ward, 178.5 vs. Elizabeth Kerin, 183. The bout was scheduled for 10 rounds, but Kerin was stopped at 1:33 of the second round. In this video, Dean Chance, President and Founder of the International Boxing Association (IBA) was in the ring to present the IBA belt. I believe Dean Chance is the one that sent me this video.
