Stability AI the creators of Stable Diffusion have just come with a language model, StableLM. This model is open-source and free to use. Currently there is no UI but we have access to the Model.

There is a possibility you might have to install python and Git but that shouldn't be the case as the OobaBooga Installer will install MiniConda for your that should have all that and download everything for you.
In the event you have some special circumstance make sure you download Python version 3.10.6 or other 3.10 models or you will have issues with torch. Ensure you custom install and add Python to Path/Environment (check marked). For Git you will get the newest version and click next to everything in the install, or you can type Conda Install Git in miniconda's command line.
