Here Are The Steps to Fix Error While Fetching Extensions. XHR Failed in Vs Code or Microsoft Visual Studio Code

1. Minimize Visual Studio Code
2. Copy Link:- https://open-vsx.org/
3. Open Your Browser
4. Paste The Link & Hit Enter on Your Keyboard
5. Type Extension You Want To Install in This Text Box
6. Click Search Button
7. Click on Extension You Want To Install
8. Scroll Down Until You Find Download Button
9. Click Download Button
10. Wait For Download To Finish
11. Open Downloaded File Location
12. Note Down Downloaded File Location (In My Case it is Downloaded in Downloads Folder)
13. Click Close
14. Close Browser
15. Maximize Visual Studio Code
16. Click Three Dots
17. Click Install from VSIX
18. Go To Location Which We Previously Noted Down (In My Case it is Downloads Folder)
19. Now Select The File Which We Download Previously & Click Install Button
20. If You See Such Notification Just Click Reload Now Button
21. Check if The Newly Downloaded Extension is Installed or Not Under Installed
22. Done!
