if you could not see clearly, these are the instructions:
*on desktop screen, press WINDOWS KEY + R, or in the start menu search "Run"

*type "regedit" in the box

*allow windows to open

*HKEY_CURRENT_USER
---Software
------Pixonic
---------War Robots Steam

*select all values and delete them

*try running War Robots again

*if the game doesn't show the account load error pop-up, but still does not proceed, the second game boot should definitely do the trick
