Video of surgical resection of glioblastoma multiforme, otherwise known as GBM, in a 70+ year old man who presented with confusion and altered mentation. Fluorescein sodium-guided microscopy, and computer navigation and stereotaxy allowed for complete radiographic resection of the tumor with excellent clinical outcome.
