Alot of the songs I upload don't have alot of information about them and this is yet again one of them (, aside with the people who made it being Kotaro Takamura and Nobuo Iida). From what I assume, the song is about marching through China's countryside during the Second Sino-Japanese War, judging by the rough translation of the lyrics. Btw, this song's title is literally translated to "Walking Song"
