Support for Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020, IE 11 will stop from june 2022.
You can not download the service pack from microsoft download center as microsoft has stoped providing updates for windows 7. So guys i am providing you the correct path where you can find the service pack for your windows 7.

But you can download the service pack and other old updates from Microsoft catalog
You can search any update directly from
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=windows%207%20service%20pack%201

And search for windows 7 service pack 1.
It is 912 MB update. You can download it from here, there are two versions “ .msu format and second one is .exe format, you can download exe format and run it as administrator.
If you face any issue with service pack 1 installation then you can run system update readiness Tool.

This tool is used to fix Windows Servicing Store problems, Windows Servicing Store is used to install updates, you can disable antivirus protection meanwhile you are installing service pack on your computer.

After running System Update Readiness Tool, restart your computer once and try to install service pack 1 now. You will get success. Now do not forget to enable security system after installing IE 11.
