Amulet of Misty Step in Baldur's Gate 3 - Where to find it

Not our usual content, but I have been searching all over for the Amulet of Misty Step in Baldur's Gate 3. Came close to giving up, as a last ditch effort made a post over at the r/BaldursGate3 sub-Reddit.

The community was super helpful, so I thought I'd return the favor for anyone who is having trouble. Amulet of Misty is one of the most over powered items in-game, very useful any profession / class be it caster, ranged, or melee.
