Steps To Follow:
1) Data source should contain MULTIPLE values.
2) Select "VALUE" contains column and right click.
3) Select "Replace Values" to replace the multiple values.
4) In "Value To Find", provide "each"
5) In "Replace With", provide "each if then else"
6) Replace Multiple Values and Show all values in Power Query.
