Tektronix discontinued replacement parts for many of there 1000 and 2000 series scopes a few years ago. I found some suppliers for the 130 mm ccfl bulbs that fit the 5.7" screens perfectly.

I like to use Aliexpress because it seems to be a lot cheaper and i get the products a lot faster..
