Martial Masters - Arcade Fighting Game (IGS 1999)

An arcade fighting game that pays homage to a number of classic Hong Kong based martial arts films, including Drunken Master, Operation Scorpio, among others. Some have compared the game to Capcom fighting titles like Street Fighter III, but my experience has been that Martial Masters falls more inline with SNK's Breakers series of fighting games.

International Games Systems is the developer and publisher of Martial Masters, and Poly Game Master is actually the arcade hardware IGS developed to run the game.

Fighting maneuvers on the game feel like a mix between Capcom's and SNK's, but with the graphics falling more inline with those seen in SNK based fighters.
