GAME SETUP
To install the DLC, install both Fallout 4 VR and the normal pc version of Fallout 4 with all DLC. Then copy all files starting with DLC from the "Data" folder in your Fallout 4 installation to the "Data" folder in the Fallout 4 VR. The DLCVR mod is recommended to fix VR specific issues in the DLC. A mod manager (I use Vortex) will help you install mods and enable the DLC plugins.
