MST5K is a REAPER Script for the MIDI editor to aid in making and modifying note selections.

You can select by note range, velocity, length, and grid position, or any combination.
There is a surprising amount of features packed into the interface with the info box at the bottom listing multiple functions available on each button through mouse modifiers.
