The Sagola 4500 Xtreme has a wide range of air caps available that enables the gun to spray basically any kind of new paints launched by the car paint manufacturers. And to meet the application needs with new waterborne paints, the company has also launched a dedicated air cap series called LXT HVLP and AQUA air caps.

This gun features seven (7) patents, which include parts such as the flow regulator inlet, packing nut, digital pressure gauge, shape designs and air caps with deflector. A special feature is the minimum number of spare parts: the gun is manufactured without any kind of gasket, interior or exterior, at the closures between the air and paint. Quite unique is also the single piece automatic paint packing gland which avoids manipulation and breakage of the glands and makes easier to remove it for a thorough cleaning of the paint part.
