Women are significantly underrepresented in leadership positions – globally, they make up just 23% of national parliamentarians, 26% of news media leaders and 15% of corporate board leaders. Panel discussion at King's College London on 11 April 2018 featuring:

Katharine Viner, the first female Editor-in-chief of the Guardian

Zamila Bunglawala, Deputy Director, Strategy and Insight, Cabinet Office Race Disparity Unit

Joanna Ludlam, partner at law firm Baker McKenzie who in 2016 was named as one of The Lawyer magazine’s “Hot 100” for her practice
