(Narrated in English; preop. and post-operative CT comparison added) Incisional Lumbar Hernia after robotic radical prostatectomy + RPLND was repaired with Unilateral eTEP TAR technique. 15x15 cm tailored Progrip self-gripping mesh and 25x20 cm pp mesh were used to cover the dissected area and left inguinal area. Preoperative decision-making algorithm and anatomical landmarks and critical steps of the operation have shown in the video.
