Minecraft Horse Speed Tester - Easy and Higher Accuracy

Hello! In this tutorial, I will show you how to build a super easy horse speed tester. This method is more precise than existing dropper-based mechanisms, as it uses a hopper minecart. It's also much cheaper, and can be built with resources from one or two good mining sessions in a brand new world.

The fastest possible horse will measure at 54 sticks, and the average horse will be about 72 sticks.
