Zalando: Ecco Track 6. Shoes for life? - 2014-10-11

Ecco used to advertise with the slogan: "Ecco, shoes for life". Unfortunatly I have a negative experience with the durability of this shoes.

This are my ecco Track 6 shoes, after using them (moderate intensely) for +/- 1 year. The total distance I walked with these shoes is definately not more than 500 kilometer.
This is the result, the shoes are in very good condition but the soles are already worn out and falling apart (you cannot renew the soles). This isn't the quality one is expecting when buying pricy shoes like this (bought them in 2013 for €144,95 at Zalando, now they ask €169,- a pair - the crooks!).

Miskoop: Ecco schoenen aangeschaft bij de webwinkel Zalando. Na één jaar is de zool grondig versleten. Dit is een trendbreuk in de goede ervaring die ik heb met de duurzaamheid van Ecco-schoenen. Op dit paar heb ik zeker niet meer dan 4 á 500 kilometer afgelegd.
Met een dergelijke snelle slijtage van de zolen moet je ze geen "track" noemen en er geen €169,- voor vragen. Klantenservice Zalando? Die zeggen: "bekijk 't maar".
