Papaya Sauce

Hey guys!
I finally had time to make a new video. Its my papaya sauce!
It took me a really long time to perfect this recipe to the way I like it. You can adjust the ingredients according to your taste buds. As you know, I did not add any pad dek in it because I did not like the taste it gave my papaya sauce. This is not a traditional papaya sauce, this is simply my version of a papaya sauce. FYI,
This recipe is enough for one batch of papaya salad. (enough to feed 1-2 person) You would need to double or triple the recipe if you need more. This is only the sauce used to make a papaya salad. If you want to learn more on how to make a Papaya Salad,

Ingredients:
1 tsp crab paste
1 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp tamarind sauce
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp frozen crab w/chili sauce
