This settings are ONLY for dedicated Lan Controler (not integrated)

In my case Internet speed is 30Mb/s by wifi link 6km based on 2x Ubiquiti NanoBridge M2 HP.
My provider is using pppoe for connection so I set my MTU to 1480,
also as my net is enough fast I put more connection to the servers.

First is the result before, then settings and result after.
