a. Using Function Component format instead of the Class Component format.
b. Use npx generate-react-cli component Employee to create new component so we need to start from scratch
2. Fetch data from Web API.
Use Hooks
Hooks are a new addition in React 16.8. They let you use state and other React features without writing a class.
a. State Hook
add states to our component with useState
b. Effect Hook
adds the ability to perform side effects from a function component with useEffect
