10 Things I Can't Live Without! My Life Over 65

You can't miss this one! Haircare, skincare....Beauty, mind, arm exercises, music, and Desi... I talk about 10 things I can't live without...things that helped me when I was down. I list things that help so much with our spirit and mental health at any age..but especially for us over 65.
It was a fun week and took you along to thrift stores, summer walks, and looking at the women who raised me and taught me how to survive love, heartbreak, and failure. And they taught me that when we turn our sorrow outward and pour it into art, life is so much sweeter. I talk about how women internalize anger and sorrow and for us to find a way to live free and let all of that emotion out is a very good thing.
