DevLog UE5 - Action RPG + Lyra Starter Game assets

Completed the Second Milestone of updating my single-player prototype to UE5. Lyra Starter Game provides a better locomotion system than the previous one (ALS v3).

Assets migrated from Lyra Starter Game:
- Animations
- Weapons
- Effects
- Sounds
- Models

Presented features:
- Lyra's Weapon system as Game feature plugin (Rifle, Shotgun, Pistol)
- Enhanced Input and input relationship (Aiming cancels Sprinting)
- Gameplay Ability System
- Lyra's Locomotion System
- Player leveling system (currently capped to 150)
- Lyra Projectile ballistics ("Fake Projectiles" +Hit Scan Weapons)
- Niagara VFX
