The Sumikko Friend is the latest in the long series of Sumikko Gurashi digital toys by Takara Tomy. Although from the same line of toys, this one feels uniquely different from the rest of its predecessors because aside from playing with it like a regular virtual pet, it has an additional thing called Friend Mode where you can interact with it as though the entire device is your buddy / little pet!
