Remove Noise with Wavelet Denoise in Gimp 2.10

It has been a half decade since I last looked at Wavelet Denoise in Gimp 2.8.

The plugin has been updated since and in this video we take a look to see how the newer version performs in 2019.

Bear in mind that trying to remove noise inside a video never does any filter true justice. You really need hands-on experience to truly get a sense of the accomplishment.
