To fix pairing issue (Scroll wheel blinking white in 2.4G)
- Ensure your dongle is recognised by your PC
- Download the Steelseries GG application
- Click the pairing process for your mouse (Rival 3 Wireless) under the engine section of the application
- Now turn your mouse off
- Hold the left click, right click and CPI button (button under scroll wheel) all at the same time.
- Keep pressing all three buttons while turning your mouse back to 2.4 G setting.
- Go to the app and click complete pairing process.
