Steps to fix your device.
1. Remove the L and R muff
2. Get an object like a sim removal tool.
3. Push down on one side of the HB
4. Stick the sim removal tool into the small hole above the speaker and push it down
5. Pull up on the headband and remove that side.
6. Do the same thing to the other side.
7. Install new headband
8. Get back to jamming out ?
