Alright today we’re going over how to fix your stiff neck that’s causing some serious pain and if you’re anything like me it’s directly related to the tightness in your traps.

This is a video I’ve wanted to make for a while now because the tightness in my upper trapezius got so bad that it actually caused “shoulder hike” on one side, weakness and ultimately began atrophying which if you’re anything like me is a HORRIBLE thing to deal with. I tried everything to fix this and while I saw improvements from different things I’ve used in the past to correct issues (mostly mobilization movements from the book - Becoming a Supple Leopard) nothing really fixed the problem, only received short term pain relief.

It wasn’t until I really pushed it to the extreme and put some ungodly weight for a barbell trap mobilization and instantly noticed a difference so if you’re having any of the issues I talk about in this video then give it a try!
