A romantic walk in the rain along the Frankfurt Oder.
Frankfurt (Oder) is about 80 kilometers east of Berlin on the west bank of the Oder in Brandenburg. Since 1999 the city has had the additional designation "Kleiststadt" after Heinrich von Kleist, who was born there in 1777. The part of Frankfurt east of the Oder was separated when the border was drawn after the Second World War and has since formed the independent Polish town of Słubice.
