HOW TO BE A BETTER YOU
Have you ever faced the situation, where you are clear about your goals, you also understand that it is you who is responsible for achieving your own goals, but still you don’t have a clue how to get to your goals?
If Yes, then you don’t have to worry as many of us experience the same feeling. Today’s video is to help you to be a better version of yourself.

SUCCESS:
Everybody wants to be successful and happy in life. We work hard to be successful so that we can be happy. So happiness is on the other side of success. We set goals to be successful. Many times we achieve our goals but instead of being happy we set new goals and many times we don’t even achieve our goals. So in both the cases how would you even achieve happiness. The whole ideology of being happy needs to be reversed. We have to be happy first and then success will automatically follow. Science have proven that our brain works 35% better when we are happy. if happiness becomes an imperative part of your regular life then success will inevitably follow.

Have you ever asked yourself this question – what is success for you. For many of us success is about getting. You need to realize one very important thing over here – Success is not about getting, but success is about becoming. Desire not to get more but to become better. Because if you become better than you are not concerned about any situation. Desire not to have less problem but have more problem solving abilities.

DON'T BOTHER ABOUT PEOPLE AROUND YOU
Listen to people but take your own decisions and most importantly stop bothering about what people think about you. You can ask yourself one question – this is my life and I want to live this life for myself and my loved ones or for the people around me. If you have a very clear answer to this, then you are a step closure to your goals.


BELIEVE
There is a difference between I wish and I believe. Wish signifies that you are not sure, but believe signifies that you are confident about it. It is this believe of ours that will give us the mental and physical strength to fight our way to our goals. Do you think, successful people like Will Smith, Sylvester Stallone, Denzil Washington, Abraham Lincoln became what they became just out of legacy or luck. They had to live a life filled with failures and difficulties before they could become successful. But there is one thing common in all of them, they believed in themselves and they kept trying again and again till the time they were successful.

POSITIVE
It is extremely important for us to be positive in life. Let me explain you how positivity helps. Human body has 30 trillion cells and everyday 2% of these cells are replaced by new cells. And our state of mind defines whether the new formed cells are positive or negative. And this is why a negative person becomes more negative and a positive person becomes more positive. Positivity has unbelievable strength. Many people have achieved the impossible only by being positive in life.

HABITS
We need to make a list of the habits that we want to add and the habits that we want to remove from our daily life. Adding new habits to your life can never show results immediately. Its like putting a candle below a huge block of ice to make it break. For a long time, nothing will happen to the ice, but the small candle will keep heating up the block of ice slowly and slowly until it breaks into two pieces. That’s what habits does in our life. You need to be focused to add good habits and remove bad habits to your life every single day and over time you will become a symbol of success.


LIVE IN THE PRESENT
Know how to live in the present. According to science only 60% of the thoughts focus on either the past or the future. When you mind is in grief about your past or worried about your future, there is no way you can be good in your present. The best way to make your mind function the best way is by practicing meditation every day of your life.

JOURAL
Write a journal every day. Get up in the morning and write all the things you want to do during the whole day. And every night before sleeping check how much you were able to achieve. I religiously write a journal every day of my life and ensure that I visit my journal before sleeping. This has been a remarkable live changer for me and I’m sure any of you who would practice this would realize that your life has changed.

GRATITUDE


Lastly we should be grateful to every little thing we have in our life. Gratitude makes you real, Gratitude makes you realise all the good things in life, transforming your mind into happiness and positiveness, which are the key to success.
