MY FULL BODY WORKOUT ROUTINE!!


Hey everyone! A lot of you have been asking on instagram DM what workouts I do and I how I keep fit and toned- so I FINALLY have filmed a full body workout routine that I do from home. These are easy at home workouts that target lots of different muscle groups, including upper and lower body. Who needs the gym when you can just do them at home using minimal equipment! I do use booty bands, weights (most dumbbells are from Kmart) and a bar weight to complete my workouts. For my workouts I do 6-7 exercises and 3 sets for biceps, triceps, glutes, abs, legs, back and shoulders. I don't workout to become a bodybuilder lol, but it makes me stay strong, fit and toned and helps me to feel good- releases those endorphins haha. Hopefully this video will give you some fitness motivation!
