Setup phpMyAdmin and MySQL with Docker Compose (Docker)

How to setup phpMyAdmin and MySQL with Docker Compose. Or any Database service. Quick tutorial which shows the docker-compose.yml file required. Optional configurations can be added but i'd recommend following this and then do custom configurations once it's running.
I've added a default user and password of "root" and "mypassword" for testing purposes. These can be changed afterwards.

Demo using MySQL - will create videos on other Database Services in the future.
