Psychological thriller written and directed by Radha Bharadwaj, starring Alan Rickman and Madeleine Stowe. Produced by Oscar winners Ron Howard and Brian Grazer; costumes and set by Oscar winner Eiko Ishioka; music supervised by Philip Glass. Winner of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Nicholl screenwriting award.

Plot: A children's book author is abducted, interrogated and tortured when the state suspects that encoded subversive messages are embedded in her unpublished children's story "Closet Land."
