How to Make a CS:GO Inspect Server Yourself

After Valve limited the api it made a lot of CS:GO inspect servers irrelevant, so I did some trouble shooting and found a way to self-host the api for the server in simplest way possible. Also how to implement it into your Sourcemod server. This process can be done by someone with no coding experience what so ever, but if you don't feel like going to the process of self hosting a server I made my own with some custom sourcemod plugins as well.
