This video shows me setting up the Yamaha FG820 12 string acoustic that I bought for a customer who needs an ultra-low, light action. Now you know those words aren't normally associated with 12 strings and to prove the point, a couple of days before I took a trip to look at a 2nd hand Ovation 12 string being sold locally. The action was so bad that I literally could only just about form an open E chord, nothing else.

This guitar came with a reasonable action to start with and I adjusted the action at both the nut and the bridge saddle by numerically small amounts but enough to make it incredibly light and easy to play,
