I've made a start on porting the mod to 1.16+ (about halfway done, mostly GUI and registration code left to go through) but I'm currently taking a bit of a break (as I usually do), the last two years have been crazy from 1.14, 1.15 to 1.16, each of these updates have involved massive code changes which take several weeks of work to go through and I'm just burnt out at the moment. I will be continuing development of the mod though, I usually work on the mod for about half a year and then take a break for the other half of the year. For anyone interested, this mod is open source so all the code and assets are available on Gitlab, anyone is welcome to pull that code down and play around with it, attempt a port, etc too! Also other modders are welcome to copy anything they find useful!
How to install Lycanites Mobs Mod:
You have already installed Minecraft Forge.
Locate the Minecraft application folder.
On windows open Run from the Start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and Install Lycanites Mobs Mod for Minecraft.
Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
